Estate Planning

Estate planning is an important part of looking to the future. Gifts from your estate can benefit CEF of Lancaster County as you consider how you intend to leave a legacy. Did you know that if you fail to plan your estate, state law will direct that your property be distributed under a one-size-fits-all statutory formula (intestate succession)?  This will not necessarily reflect your wishes. When you designate CEF of Lancaster County as an estate gift recipient, we will ensure your assets are invested in eternity. We work with integrity and want to honor your legacy, whether that is to provide Camp Good News® scholarships for children, fully-fund a Good News Club®, or place the Word of God in the hands of every child in Lancaster County.

CEF of Lancaster County has served the children of Lancaster County for 75 years and plans to continue to evangelize children with the Gospel of Jesus Christ, disciple children in the Word of God, and connect children to a local, Bible-believing church. Charitable bequests can even reduce or possibly eliminate the amount of estate tax your beneficiaries will owe!

How Can I Get Involved?

There are several opportunities to be involved with a Good News Club. You can pray for the children and teachers in the club. Become a club teacher or helper by contacting your local chapter and asking about training and opportunities.
